Brent and Felicia's wedding

My parent's backyard set up for the ceremony.
Isn't their yard beautiful!?
It's no wonder we have all had our receptions here.

Matty and the groom

Whoops, just noticed his eyes were closed. Love the sleeves on the dress though!

Our little family; two people were taking pictures that's why we're all looking the other way.

Tried to get a picture with all the grand kids, not very successfully. My sis-in-law got a good one so we will get a copy from her. Also, notice how Rachel has her legs up and is showing every one her tushee :) (had to guess on the spelling).

Daddy so happy Rachel is showing interest in his other love.

My brother's dream was to have a chocolate milk fountain and pink cookies and it all came true.

Rachel with my grandma.

The happy car :) Got quite a few comments. My mom overheard someone say that whoever wrote on the car should have been better supervised . . .
Brian had a pretty good laugh about that!
They also had a lot of people honking and giving them thumbs up on the honeymoon. What is written on the back is PG-13 so I am not posting it in respect for my more sensitive viewers.

I'm excited to have Felicia as my sister-in-law! I didn't get to meet her until after they were married, but I think she is a good match for my cute baby brother. Luv u Fish!

We got a little loopy at the end and tried to take self portraits at the end. Good times.

4 Months and first day of school

Miss Rachel at 4 months

As cute as can be

Matthew's first day o' school

She looked so cute after a bath, but Matthew wouldn't help take
a picture so this was my attempt.

So adorable!

Brian did a photo shoot with raspberries from our garden and Matthew wanted to do one too.

One night I laid him down in a normal position. When I came back in he had switched to the other end of the bed, used the hippo for his pillow and the pillow as a blanket.

This picture is to show how she always has her feet up when I lay her down.
She is now putting her toes in her mouth.

Hair today, gone tomorrow

A hairdo I threw together a couple of weeks ago. Yes, I had enough to do two buns. It looked better before church, but I wanted to show just how much hair I was accumulating. And this is still with my hair falling out from child birth.

Before (mostly, she actually cut the first piece off in the back before I remembered the camera).

After

I like it, now I just need to get used to it :)

They're home!

Nana and Papa came home on Friday! We all went to the airport to meet them. It was kind of fun waiting with a small group by the international gate.

Here's Papa meeting Rachel for the first time.

Thank you to Brian for taking pictures; it meant he wasn't in any of them :(

Nana and Rachel

I didn't take many pictures, but here is one of Jase's smoker. We had some yummy dinner one night. We played lots of games, I got to exercise and take the best nap I've had since my family was here in July.

Matthew went out to help Nana pick tomatoes and I had to snap a picture because they were so cute. I think they get along well together because they both have lots to say to each other :)

We're so glad to have you home Nana and Papa! We are proud of all your service!
