I read this post a few days ago and thought I would share it. It really hit home; I feel exactly the way the author feels so it felt like it was written for me.
Thanks for posting this Katrina! Just yesterday, I was thinking how frustrated I am that my mind is spinning so much that I can't focus on things I'd like to focus on (scriptures, etc.) so this was a good article for me to read!!
