Another successful trip to Lake Powell. We had a couple of hiccups, first with poor Aunt B breaking both her arms days before we were to leave. Nana drove up to care for her and the boys came down. The generator was very unreliable, but we were still able to enjoy ourselves (lots of pictures).
Uncle J pulling the boys behind the kayak.
Crisis was averted when we brought out the scuba gear to recover a dropped fishing net.
Good Hope Bay. It was beautiful! And look at that perfect water! We wish we could have stayed longer, but the generator didn't cooperate. Props to our boys who put the anchors in wonderfully so we didn't blow away in the wind storm that evening that reached about 35 mph.
We love the beach! It made me wish we lived closer to a beach so sister could play more; she loved it.
Cute puppies :)
I snapped this picture of the hubby out fishing. He says it is one of his favorites now; yay me :)
For being such a girly girl with her dresses she definitely knows how to get down and dirty!
The hubby caught this sweet shot of her mid air jumping into her mud puddle.
Papa snuck a picture of us in the shade; please disregard my unshowered state . . . .
Climbing up mud is fun too!
Yay fish! We only wish we could have caught more.
Sister is watching out the window while we were driving the house boat.
She absolutely loved her cousins! Both the kids were so sad to leave them.
Brother's birthday was during our trip so we got to have more cake and some yummy homemade ice cream (thanks again J!).

Wow, what an adventure! Great pictures and I loved reading about it-- next best thing to doing something fun yourself, right? ;)
